Mood Boosting Tip

A good friend of mine once said, "Dancing is the best remedy." We have all been there before...rough day, unmotivated, not feeling it...you name it. Its hard to get going. My thoughts, turn up your favorite music and just start moving. I think you will be surprised at how much fun you can have bustin a move to your favorite tunes. Along with the boost in your mood will be calories burned and energy to get you through that next part of your day!!

  1. Howdy Mandy. I'm a group fitness instructor in San Francisco and find your energy and choreography quite entertaining. I'm also impressed with how your group follows quite well. May I ask, do you teach the basic movements before the song or just go like in the youtube videos? I'm guessing you have quite a following over the years, but I'm wondering what you do if you have new students or travel to a different Zumba class? Keep dancing!
